Calibration of load cell requires a high level of accuracy and stability of the equipment used.  Here in MTC, we have in place a highly dependable computer controlled test frame that performs calibration and testing unparalleled with any other manual testing facilities.

The state of the art control system is a propriety program that is able to control minute details and hold steady test load at various level with integrated micro pumps maintaining load within required time frames.  To achieve these accuracy is impossible if done manually giving rise to a new era of innovation and excellence.

MTC also possess one of the biggest test frames in the world capable of testing load cell or hydraulic jacks of up to 2000 tonne at full scale.  The lab is Singlas accredited with test carried out in accordance with ISO 7500.
